Delete your account

You can delete your Cenu Grozs account and all data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent.

In the app - the fastest way

Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. The account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app, write from your account's email address to info@moosesoft.lv with the subject "Account deletion". We'll delete the account within 30 days and reply with a confirmation.

Deleting some data without deleting the account

Your basket and store picks are yours to edit: removing a category, product or store in the app deletes that data from our systems immediately. For anything else, write to info@moosesoft.lv with the subject "Data deletion" and we'll handle it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

The account and identity data (email address, name).
Your basket - categories and products.
Picked stores and the language setting.

Data is removed from active systems immediately; service backups expire in their regular rotation cycle. More about data handling in the privacy policy.
